Meeting point & pickup
Hotel pickup included for all travelers
We will arrive 15 minutes before the pickup time agreed between you and us. We will properly identify ourselves at the hotel or airport reception so that you can recognize us in an easy and simple way.
In the event that we arrange pick-up at a hotel, we will wait 20 minutes at the reception. If you do not show up, we will proceed to leave the place and the reservation will be penalized as a no-show without the right to a refund.
